SATURDAY, MAY 6, 2017

Distance Runners!  Optional practice today . . . 9:00AM on the Track.  As I mentioned yesterday, we should get a workout in between our meet this past Wednesday and Duxbury on Tuesday.  Yesterday's conditions prevented that.  For those able to attend this morning (and for those who can not) it will be:

800/Under - Warmup 10 minutes, 4 X 60 strides, 2 X 200, 2 X 400, 2 X 200, Cool Down 10 Minutes,                           Stretch

Mile/2 Mile - Warmup 10 Minutes, 4 X 60 Strides, 4 X 800, Cool Down 10 Minutes, Stretch
