Back to work today . . . don't be frightened, you're due for a workout!  Anyway, you'll want to burn a few calories to offset those peanut butter cups you'll be devouring later this evening.

Warm up on the Track at 2:30.  10 minute jog.  Two groups . . . Hill workouts on either school driveway hill or Junior path.  10 minute jog. Core, Stretch.

If you have been entered but are unable to attend this week's meet (I know Saturday is an SAT day) please let me know immediately.  Entries are shown on a prior post.
