Finally here, right? Fun Friday, end of your work week with a week's vacation ahead. If we could only import sunshine and tropical breezes. I've always enjoyed the anticipation of Christmas, but have honestly hated the weather between Christmas and March 15th. Sure, we get a handful of great days, but I just don't do well with the cold.
Today will be an Easy day, as you might expect, for our Distance/Mid-Distance runners. We will start inside, but running outside is an option as well for you tough (some would call you crazy) kids!
