MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I guess it all comes down to whether you've been naughty or nice . . .
Santa says to "Keep Running." Distance/mid-distance should get in one easy run of 40-60 minutes between today and Wednesday's 10:00AM workout. I know how dedicated you are, it will get done.
So, I'm thinking you all deserve more than you could possible get. Me too . . .
That's why I'm keeping my fingers crossed . . .
