Trash collection in my town was changed from Thursday to Saturday as a result of this week's nor'easter.  At 6:00 AM when I put the trash/recycling barrels out on the street it was cold.  I mean COLD!  And for the rest of the day it doesn't get much better.  Wrestling takes over the gym today with a tournament at 10:00AM precluding a practice.  So, what do I suggest you do given you have neither an outdoor NOR indoor option at school.  Of course if you have a treadmill, or access to a treadmill, I would heartily recommend hopping on.  Six days into the New Year the "resolute" exercisers and dieters have probably fallen off that wagon and you should find an open machine.  Of course there are other options, for example:

There are others if you're anxious to exercise and willing to look.  I'm uncertain whether our meet versus Pembroke will be re-scheduled, but I am fairly confident our meet versus a very talented Plymouth North team will go off at 5:30 on Wednesday.  Core, stretch, shovel my driveway . . . whatever it takes.  Stay sharp.  Be safe!!
