Tomorrow, Wednesday, we face Silver Lake at 5:30 on the Reggie Lewis Track. Our bus departs at 3:20. Today, with a 90% chance of rain at 2:30 we will begin indoors. However, the temperature will be in the low 50s, tropical this time of year. I am guessing most of you distance/mid-distance runners will head outside. Works for me. Easy, shakeout run followed by core and stretching.
I've just put together the Girls lineup for tomorrow. Based on my analysis, the results could NOT be closer. As I mentioned yesterday, we will need everybody's best if we have a shot at winning. Best effort, best attitude, best performance. It's that simple . . .
