A break in the weather made for a good practice today.  Tomorrow morning it will be in the 60s!!!!!  But don't get used to it just yet, hot weather returns next week. However, not before our weekly long run which takes place tomorrow (Saturday) at Union Point, South Weymouth.  We get underway at 8:30AM.  Directions from Whitman-Hanson RHS follow:

Remember that uniform money is due no later than Tuesday.  $39.00 for the WHRHS singlet, which is used not only for XC but Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field as well.  Shorts are purchased by the athletes and must be solid black.  The singlets are purchased from Boathouse Sports in Philadelphia and are offered at cost to you.  I have an inventory which I have purchased with almost any size (boys or girls) available.  Keep in mind our first meet is at Pembroke next Wednesday.  Pembroke has a good Boys team and a very formidable girls squad.  They are well coached and they work as hard as any team in our league.  It should be a good test for all of you on their 2.68 mile course.
