Coach S has termed it a "Butterscotch Bonanza!"  An incredible number of you improved your 5K time yesterday from the previous week (on the same course.)  We spoke about that as our goal for this week and you made it happen.  There is, certainly, room for improvement, so keep working as hard as you have been and those results will steadily improve.

For the record . . . I don't take any pride in losing.  But I have seen so many positive things taking place with our teams this years, it is difficult not to be proud of YOU.  We have three upcoming home meets which are absolutely WINNABLE (yes, it is a word.)

Today will be an Easy run for those at the front and I expect a shorter practice.  I'm hoping to get to the Whitman Middle School Meet in Weymouth to see who we've got in the minor leagues. Ultimately you will all be replaced so I need to check out the class of 2025 when I should be putting the bike away and getting around on one of these . . .
