Do I Really want to Live to 90?

Quite a few years ago I ran the Boston Marathon as a member of the Tufts University Marathon Team and forged a relationship with Tufts long time swim coach, Coach Megerle.  He is an extremely hard-working and motivational coach.  For years I've remained in his address book and he often forwards me items of interest.  Today I received the article at the following link:

https://www.bicycling.com/health-nutrition/a25968468/how-much-exercise-to-live-to-90/

The article points out the connection between exercise and longevity.  One of dozens of reasons I enjoyed exercise.  The article also highlights the shorter lifespan of men and the need to exercise more than women to achieve the same benefits.  But if you do the math, a man, in order to have a certainty of reaching 90 should exercise 15 hours a day.  I don't have the time!  So I'm going to back down from my promise to cast a vote in the Chris Blackman/Anna Sullivan Presidential Race set for 2048, but have every intention of attending their high school graduation!

Yesterday was an easy day, so . . .

I'll see you at 2:30.  We'll warmup indoors but head out thereafter.  Dress appropriately . . .
