GIRLS - All Groups: Shakeout run, that is EASY pace for 25 minutes followed by Stretch
BOYS - All Groups: Recovery run (EASY pace) of 12-15% of your weekly mileage followed by Stretch
The plan for Wednesday remains essentially the same, except that the visiting team will leave their things and warm up on the Varsity Football practice field (the football team has graciously offered to move to the baseball field on meet days) and our teams will be warming up in their usual area.
