TWILIGHT MEET

Preparation is the key to almost everything you do in this sport and tomorrow is no exception.  Our bus departs at 1:00PM from the Track area (there is an event at the school preventing the use of the upper parking areas.)  The Twilight Meet races are really spread out over a 4-5 hour period. Know your race time (you might have to check back this evening for changes) and eat appropriate food at an appropriate time.  The temperature will range from 54 degrees at 3:00 to 47 degrees at 8:00.  Dress accordingly and bring extra, dry clothing for post race.  Clothing worn under your uniform should be black.  Again, check back later for your race time, there may be some changes to what was previously posted.
