Yesterday I mentioned Saturday's practice would start at 10:00AM . . . CORRECTION - Practice will start at 9:00AM. With an early practice tomorrow and a fast and difficult workout yesterday, today will be, as promised, a very easy day.

During the track season, the weekly training sequence is a combination of three easy runs, alternating with a tempo, a pace and a long run. This week the schedule was to run easy on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We ran a tempo session with our hills on Tuesday, a pace session with yesterday's workout, leaving a ___________ run for tomorrow. Correct, a long run. Time and distance to be determined.
