SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2015

Today it will be a long run.  45 Minutes for the experienced runners, 35 for the newcomers.  These long runs are building strength and endurance.  Our track workouts are working on speed.  Following our run this morning will be strides and stretching.  Tomorrow is a day off.  The rest day is as important as any of our running days and is often times neglected.  You'll feel better on Monday (a Tempo day) having relaxed for 48+ hours.
