"Running" late on my entry for today's workout . . . sorry, things get quite hectic in my profession this time of year! I'm not complaining, I enjoy my work . . . at the office and at WHRHS! Today, the weather is cooperating so we will head to Orchard Way for a hill workout. Warm up on the indoor track, jog to Orchard, 6 X .20 Mile hills and jog back. We will stretch indoors. It is deceptively cold out there so be prepared. See you soon . . .
