Another day of frigid temperatures and high wind will keep us off the streets today and, in all likelihood, indoors. It is also likely it will be an easy run followed by core and stretching. It is winter, and this is New England, so I guess snow and cold is to be expected, but it is days like today that make me want to revisit my plans to retire to Vermont. See you after school.
