Nice weather returns and we return to the out of doors, thankfully.  Yesterday, I ran on a treadmill for the first time in nearly a year and was reminded of how much I appreciate the streets of Whitman/Hanson.  You all know the sequence . . . Six days running per week, three easy days with alternating Pace, Tempo and Long runs.  Race day also serves as "pace" day, so for today, following a warmup, I've chosen a Tempo run which will be little different than what you've done previously this season.  Out and Back.  20 Minutes out, Negative Split back.  (i.e. the return trip via the same route will take <20 minutes.)  We'll follow that up with some Core and Stretching.
