Today, the Distance crew will split up with experienced runners doing a "light" workout of:
8 Minute Warm-up Run
2 x 200 @ Stride Pace, 100 Jog, 100 Walk
6 X 400
8 Minute Cool-Down Run
New runners and those not ready for the workout will be running at an Easy pace on School grounds for 35 minutes.
All will finish on the Track with Stretching. Those not working on Field Events will head to the Weight Room.
