Yesterday was a great workout for those in attendance. The warm up was followed by a 10 minute jog which segued into 8 fast 200+ meter hills with a slow recovery down hill. You closed it out with a 10 minute jog and stretching. Thanks to those who participated. It looks good for Tuesday's meet versus Duxbury. A tough opponent out of the gate, but great accomplishments must be accompanied by the potential for failure. I am hopeful we will have some great accomplishments. For tomorrow, in anticipation of the aforementioned meet, the distance crew will have a shakeout run of 25 easy minutes, strides and stretching. Hopefully we can get a little field event work in as well. More seasonable weather is predicted for Monday and Tuesday with temperatures in the high 50's with a possibility of showers on Tuesday.
