Thursday/Friday - 4/7, 4/8

For those of you keeping score (or maintaining a running log) today's workout was a tempo run of 10-15-10, i.e. 10 minutes easy, 15 minutes hard, 10 minutes easy followed by stretching.  Most of you would have covered one mile during the warm up and cool down, and another two miles during the up-tempo portion of the run.

Tomorrow (Friday) will be a half-day and no formal practice is scheduled.  We will hold practice Saturday morning at 9:00AM.  Since today was a workout, albeit brief, tomorrow will be an easy day;  40-45 minutes at an easy pace.  Remember to stretch following your run.
