The Whitman-Hanson Girls Track (2-2) team fell to Hingham High School at Hingham High today 89-47. The Panthers could not overcome the depth of the Hingham squad, despite wins by Junior Alexandra Santos in the 100 (12.8), 200 (26.2) and Long Jump (17' 8.5"), Sr. Captain Samantha Coletti in the 2 Mile (11:14), Sr Captain Abbie Newman in the Mile (5:42), and Lillian Perkins-Reisdorf in the 400 (62.3).
This was the write-up provided to Administration/Media following yesterday's meet with Hingham. We have another meet coming up Friday at home versus Scituate. The game day forecast looks great. The next couple of days will be easy days. Today 35 minutes, strides, stretching, field events. Tomorrow a shakeout run.
