Saturday's off-site practice will be held in Hingham at Wompatuck State Park at 9:00AM. I know that for some this will be an inconvenience. We understand and appreciate that. We hope that anybody who can participate, will. Those unable to attend are expected to run on their own 40-50 minutes with 5 X 3 minute pickups. The reason for these off-site practices is twofold. First, it gets us off the streets of Whitman and the boredom which accompanies running the same asphalt routes every day. Second, it enhances and promotes team building. Wompatuck State Park is easy to find. Simply follow Main Street in Hingham to Free Street, take a right and watch for the park entrance sign on your right. The Visitor Center is just inside the park on your right. The route planned can be seen at the following link:

We will incorporate a little hill work in the middle of the run for those up for the challenge.
