Where is Union Park????

Saturday AM we will hold a practice at Union Park, formerly know as Southfield, and prior to that the South Weymouth Naval Air Station.  I run there frequently.  There are sidewalks along the entire three Mile stretch, two miles of which are wide enough to run 6 or 7 across.  There are also abandoned runways which are accessible and as you might guess, absolutely flat.  We will meet in the parking lot between the jet pictured below and the building behind it.

Simply head up Route 58 to Route 18 North and the entrance to Union Park is about 3/4 mile on your right.  Take the right and about 1/4 mile up the road you will see the jet pictured on your right.  Unless you're the first to arrive you will see coaches and/or teammates.  The plan is for a long run of 45-90 minutes.  It is IMPOSSIBLE to get lost if you stay on or in sight of the main road which passes through the property.  8:30AM!  Hope to see you there.
