BOYS

The Whitman-Hanson Boys Cross Country team (3-0), behind the strong running of SR Captain Bryce Pulkinen (2nd overall; 17:33), JR Andrew Newman (3rd, 17:35), SR Captain Lukas Moscoso (5th, 17:56) and JR Captain Jack Ryan (6th) 18:04) downed Plymouth North 25-31 on W-H's 5K course Tuesday afternoon.  Plymouth North's Nick McNamee was the overall winner in 17:00 with teammates Hunter Clark (4th, 17:50) and Patrick Woomer (7th, 18:08) posting strong finishes.

GIRLS

An outstanding Plymouth North team defeated Whitman-Hanson (0-3) on the Panthers home course Tuesday afternoon 16-47.  PN standouts Sam Curtin (1st overall, 19:57) and Katie Fisher (2nd, 20:39) led the way for Plymouth North.  Whitman-Hanson's top finisher was JR Captain Nicole Norve who finished 5th in 22:21.
