Thursday - October 20, 2016

You're all rested.  Some of you, in fact, are "overrested." (A word per Wiktionary.)  That said, its back to reality today!

Group 1 - School Loop Mile
                 Cruise Intervals - 30 Minutes. Loop of .55 Mile (.35 Easy, .20 Hard)
                 4 X 200 with 200 Jog Recovery
                 School Loop Mile
                 Abs
                 Stretch

Group 2 - As above w/o 4 X 200s

Those headed to the Bay State Meet on Saturday will have to get to bed early Friday night.  The Girls race at 10:00AM and the course is two hours from the school.  6:30AM departure time!!!!  Bring your blanket/pillow. . .
