Week #2 of the "championship" segment of our training begins today with a long run. I am hoping to go off site with all if we have transportation. Not far from WHRHS. Maybe the rail trail in Abington or Burrage. Wherever we can get 60-75 minutes of easy running with little or no pavement. Not sure if we will have the space with two students and 2 coaches driving. We may be forced to run the streets of Whitman/Hanson. Not a problem . . . it's about the running anyway and we'll make the best of it. See you at 2:30! Please be on time!!!
