7:00AM and it is 29 degrees outside my window. In a few moments I will be heading out to Burridge Pond in Hanson where I hope to warm up a bit. Don't worry, by the time you arrive it will be a balmy 41 and mostly sunny. I hope to see you at 9:00AM. It will be warmup, 5K at Race pace, cooldown, stretch, then off to enjoy your weekend.
