Today there will be a mandatory meeting for all athletes who will be participating in Indoor Track & Field in the PAC at 1:50. The meeting will be brief and practice will be held at 2:30 as usual.
Following yesterday's long run, today will be short and relatively easy. 35 minutes at Easy pace, 6 X 30 second strides, abs and stretch.
REASON #4 for running . . . the thrill of victory!! Still beaming over Saturday's Patriot League Championship results!!
Tomorrow will be just a tad more difficult. See you at (1:50????) or 2:30 . . .
