A little warmer today (66 degrees and mostly sunny) for our practice which gets underway on the Track at 2:30. The workout will start with a 12 minute jog, followed by 4 X 30 second strides, and 1000s at Threshold Pace. I'll have your splits. 3 for the Girls, 4 for the Boys. 2 Minute recovery on each. Close out with a 10 minute jog, abs, stretch and go . .
