Martha's Vineyard Invitational Results - Homework

First, the homework for all.  Using the following link compute your current training pace times by entering the distance of your most recent race (either the MVI or the Quincy meet) and your results in that race and then clicking on CALCULATE and then the training tab:

https://runsmartproject.com/calculator/

For example, Andrew Newman completed the  5K at Martha's Vineyard in 16:41.  His pace times then are:

Easy - 6:58-7:25
Threshold - 5:47
Interval - 5:20

Know your pace times! You will need them for Monday's practice.

Looking forward to the week ahead, you'll be using the Easy pace on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and the Threshold or Interval Pace on Thursday. You'll be racing on Tuesday.  Friday will be short, very easy and Fun!  The weather (glad I didn't close the pool) will be high 70's, low 80's all week.  Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate.
