Today will be somewhat cooler than yesterday but as I peer out my office window the flag and those leaves that remain are moving ever so slightly. Cold I can deal with . . . wind, not so much. Dress appropriately! Don't forget to encourage others, especially those not selected for other teams, to join us.
Today, just about everybody will be on the track with running events. (Distance/mid-distance should know today is not an "easy" day.) Field events to follow. Details will be provided at 2:30.
