Today will be another easy day as we taper for Saturday's D3 Championship.  Warm up on the Track at 2:30.  30-50 minutes at Easy pace followed by 6 x 60 strides, 10 x 1 core and :45 stretch.

Just a reminder to those who want to be placed on the ballot for XC Captains 2018 . . . let me know you're interested.  All 2018 Seniors and 2018 Juniors with two years of experience on the team are eligible.  Voting will take place immediately prior to our year-end banquet.

The van will be leaving at 7:15 Saturday AM . . . We are working out details but due to limited space it appears only runners will be able to board the van.  The coaches will decide on the 7 Boys/Girls who will be running following tomorrow's practice.  For now though each athlete should be rehearsing his/her race strategy.  You have the benefit of last week's race.  Once your strategy is established, commit to it.  PRs result from both running harder AND running smarter.  By now you know your race routine including warm up, mental preparation, meals, and clothing as well as strategy.  Dream it, believe it, achieve it . . .
