TGIF! Friday, March 23, 2018

A perfect day for an EASY run!  Mid 40's and some sun!  D/MD will all head out for a run toward the Town Park, 30 - 60 minutes based on experience/conditioning.  Those new to running should focus on consistency, not speed.  Maintaining a steady pace will allow you to feel comfortable throughout your run without feeling the need to stop. 30 minutes is your goal!  Based on yesterday's workout, I feel each of you is capable of accomplishing it!

We'll warmup indoors.  Snow still covers our track.  The hope is that by the end of next week it will be available to us.

Practice is scheduled for tomorrow morning 9:00-10:30.  We will meet on the Indoor Walking Track and head out for a workout on school grounds.  Something different.  Well, somewhat different.

First meet . . . April 3rd at North Quincy.  The NQ Track gets sun all day and I fully anticipate it will be ready for our meet.  Will you be ready?
