Have you begun training?  Have you logged your time/miles?  Please note each of the training plans provided earlier are based on an 8 week training cycle.  The intent is to finish the 8 week training program PRIOR to commencing practice on August 23rd.

Tonight, and continuing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings through the summer, the Captains plan to hold a core/strength and conditioning session for anybody interested at the Track at 4:00PM.  There are many benefits to participating, not the least of which is team-building.  The XC group is an incredible group of intelligent, articulate, healthy-living kids.  For that reason alone you might want to check it out.
