Our bus departs at 2:00 PM and just a reminder to dress appropriately. You can run comfortably in singlet and shorts but when the sun goes down it get fairly cold and our tent is unheated! There will be four races so you'll be outside for 2-3 hours at a minimum.

The course is great for spectators. With a very short walk you can view the runners 6 times. We hope parents have the opportunity to go. For many this will be the final competition of the season. I also hope to see those who did not meet the qualifying standard on the bus ready to cheer on their teammates.
